Shipping policy
Mainland UK Delivery
We work with our supplier to ensure prompt delivery of your items. We send all orders through tracking delivery service e.g. Royal Mail or DPD. We aim to have your items with you within 1-4 working days where possible, excluding weekends but please be aware that delivery can be longer if we need to manufacture a cricket bat. Depending on what you have purchased, your items may arrive at different times due to different shipping locations.
- The shipping fee to UK Mainland is a minimum of £4.99 (additional costs may apply to specific products)
- Free delivery to UK Mainland when orders are over £250.00
- Buffalo Cricket Equipment is subject to different rates and is not included in point 1 and 2.
- SportSpikes is a flat fee of £6.00 which covers the cost for returning your footwear once spiked.
Cricket Pavilion clothing, we make-on-demand so please allow 5 - 8 working days for us to process and pack your order. Once processed they will be shipped for delivery.
UK Non-Mainland Delivery
Unfortunately, this will require an additional surcharge when delivering to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Island. This will be calculated at the point of checkout but it is approximately £14.99
International Delivering
We deliver Internationally and welcome all orders. If you are requiring international delivery, please get in touch via info@cricketpavilion.co.uk or via the Chat function. We will then fulfil your order via email and will give you an exact postage price on your order.
The customer is liable for any customs and or import duty charges that may be added at the time of import to your destination. Customs Duties are the customers responsibility and Cricket Pavilion are not liable for this cost or any costs associated with the return of any goods internationally including delivery, refunded payment costs, re-stocking costs or anything else. There potentially could be a re-stocking fee for items that are held in Customs for a period of more than 14 days.
Bulk Ordering
If you are requiring to order in bulk, please get in touch via info@cricketpavilion.co.uk or via the Chat function. We will then fulfil your order via email and will give you an exact postage price on your order.
Receiving your delivery
All deliveries will require you to sign for your delivery. However, if you are unavailable, a limited number of re-deliveries can be arranged before the item/s are returned. Please note, this is for UK Mainland customers only. If items are returned to us or our suppliers due to no arrangement being made for re-delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an extra delivery charge to redeliver your order.
