Shipping

  1. The shipping fee to UK Mainland is a minimum of £4.99 (additional costs may apply to specific products)
  2. Free delivery to UK Mainland when orders are over £250.00
  3. Buffalo Cricket Equipment is subject to different rates and is not included in point 1 and 2. 

We use various courier services depending on the items you have ordered. This will be confirmed in our ‘Order Dispatched’ email. 

Delivery will normally take between 1 -4 working days. We aim to dispatch every order within 48 hours. However, orders could take up to 14 working days from the point of the order being placed with Cricket Pavilion. 

Unfortunately, Cricket Pavilion can not specify a delivery date or time due to the different courier services we use. 

Depending on what you have purchased, your items may arrive at different times due to different shipping locations. 

We will do our best to locate your order with our courier provider. Please email us at info@cricketpavilion.co.uk and we will investigate why your order has not been delivered. We will always try our best to resolve your issue and achieve a successful outcome. 

Returns

  1. Notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods by emailing info@cricketpavilion.co.uk
  2. Ensure a return number, which will be provided to you via email by us, is written on the outside of the packaging when the item is returned.
  3. All goods are returned unused, and in their original packaging.
  4. Reasonable care has been taken of the item/s whilst they have been in your possession.
  5. Items once received will be assessed for condition and upon successful inspection a full refund will be issued or exchange sent out.
  6. All products should be returned to the address we will provide you with after notifying us you would like to return the product/s. 

The item/s are returned at your own cost via a secure delivery service which requires a signature (e.g. Royal Mail delivery or DPD Courier Service) and include delivery paperwork. Please note that depending on your order this could be to multiple locations. 

Purchasing

We accept a number of different payment methods. The most convenient ways to pay are by credit / debit card and PayPal. We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

All our products are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). Your credit or debit card will be charged the amount in sterling (£) which will be converted back into your local currency by your credit or debit card provider .Your credit or debit card provider may be able to help you with more information as to their charges and the cost of the purchase.

We will charge your credit or debit card at the point of purchase. If paying by PayPal your account will be debited in accordance with PayPal terms and conditions.

 Yes, all orders that aren’t dispatched will be refunded.

General Questions

This means that the cricket bat is partly prepared by the supplier, this could include oiling, pressing and potentially some knocking in. We, along with the bat manufacturer, still recommend some further knocking in with a bat mallet in particular around the perimeter of the face of the bat and some gentle net practice against an older, softer cricket ball before full match use.
